It's important that any maintenace needs are reported as soon as possibe, so the problem can be assessed for repairs.
Routine reporting of Maintenance
Repairs can be reported by JFHA tenants, or their supports to us, using the
- online form
- the hard copy form, or
- by phoning the Property Management Co-ordinator so we can arrange repairs.

After Hours Emergency Maintenance
If the situation warrants immediate attention, where the situation is unable to wait until the next business day e.g. a burst water main or a major blockage of a toilet, please call (08) 8373 8305.
