JFHA wants to understand the housing needs of people living with a disability who may receive a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) allowance in their NDIS plan or who have specific housing needs. Recordng your interest with us will inform us better.
We are building new homes for people living with disability based in the community. If you record your interest in our upcoming vacancies, you will be able to nominate for rental housing opportunities when they become available.
These case studies are examples of how JFHA's expertise in accessible housing may assist your circumstances.
You can download the NDIS information pack for participants.
