Complaints Policy

The Julia Farr Housing Association (JFHA) is part of the Julia Farr group. 

At the Julia Farr group, we welcome feedback from people living with disability, their families, their supporters, and other people with an interest in our work.

We recognise and accept that feedback can include complaints. We see complaints as an opportunity for us to improve what we do.

We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to give us feedback on our work.

There are three main ways you can give us your feedback or complaint:

  1. Send us an email
  2. Call us on (08) 8373 8333 and ask to make a complaint – we can then write down the complaint for you.
  3. Download and complete a feedback form (available below) and return it to us via post or fax:
