Robert (Bob) Tinker

Robert (Bob) Tinker was born and raised in Sydney, New south Wales. He has worked in Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory, gaining experience in manufacturing, construction, mining, tourism and public accounting practise. Following retirement in 1992, Bob joined Wheelchair Sports SA, competing internationally and representing Australia at the 1996 Atlanta Paralympic Games. Bob served on the Sports Council of the International Paralympic Committee for 11 years, and has served on committees and boards of many local, state, national and international organisations, particularly in the disability sector. He was awarded an Order of Merit from International Bowls for the Disabled for service to sport in 2011; nominated for Australian of the Year in 2011; is a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow 2012, and; a Life Member Royal Zoological Society of SA.

Jesse Frick

Jesse Frick was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis when he was 18 years old, but has never let his disability stop him. Since his diagnosis, his passion for helping people with disabilities has grown. Jesse’s passion has led him to join the Julia Farr Youth Group, the Council for the Care of Children, the people with MS group, and the National MS Advocates Committee. Jesse has a strong commitment to the work of the Julia Farr Association, and the positive impact it can, and does have, in many people’s lives.

Kaye Smith

Kaye holds a Bachelor of Law, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Admission to the Supreme Court of Australia, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Kaye currently works at EMA Legal, specialising in the area of employment and industrial law, work health and safety, discrimination and contractual disputes in the interest of employers.

Matthew Hender

Matthew holds an engineering degree. He has experience on a variety of projects and corporate fields such as commercial/contract/claims management, negotiation, project management, major event management, cost management, engineering design and cost estimation. His experience spans the entire lifecycle of projects from concept to completion.

Matthew is currently a director of Cycle My City and Verdient Pty Ltd.

Maria Catanzariti

Maria was born in Adelaide and attended school at the Crippled Children's Association at Somerton and then Regency Park Centre.

After finishing school she returned to the family home at Murray Bridge and began her crusade of making Murray Bridge more accessible to everybody. This included working in a group rallying to achieve a better community.

Maria also worked voluntarily as a teacher's assistant at the Murray Bridge High School Special Needs class.

She has now moved into her own home in Adelaide where she has lived independently for 25 years.

Since moving to Adelaide, Maria has been working voluntarily with various organisations, supporting people living with disability and their families to live more fulfilled lives.

She has also been a member of the JFA Trust Fund Sub-Committee for the past two years.

Scott Morgan

Scott Morgan is a Chartered Accountant and MBA graduate with over 18 years’ experience and a strong blend of technical skills and commercial acumen.

Scott has broad experience in both the commercial and not-for profit sectors, specifically in the aged care, agriculture, manufacturing, hospitality and property industries.

James Crocker

James works in a senior management and leadership role, having led and managed high performing and complex multi-disciplinary teams, strategy, policy and business development and implementation, and large scale operational delivery for both large corporations and South Australian Government Agencies.

Chris Schutze

Chris is a senior management executive and director with extensive leadership experience both in Australia and internationally, across a broad range of industries.

Chris has advocacy experience at both state and national level in the housing sector, including development of housing policy impacting people living with disability and is known for taking up challenges and applying both passion and integrity in dealing with problems.
